Sal is a blessed pup! Here is getting a nice toy from one of the many awesome people who advocated for him and continue to advocate for all animals being given the short end of the stick out there in the world. Sal has recently come to live with us as a foster pup via the lovely folks over @ Ruff Start Happy Tails and is looking for his new forever home after suddenly finding himself on deathhrow @ the NYC Animal Care & Control Center after his owner was arrested.
